"There is nothing unique about this Hotel. The owner has to renovate this establishment. It’s not a place for humans. It’s totally runned down. The car bets are stained all over the place. The lobby is dirty, the sofas are stained, you cannot sit on them. In the rooms the curtains are stained, torn, no blinds. The condition of every furniture is bad, needs fixing or get new. The food is served in a old people home dyining room. Looks like the fifties, or a senatorium in the former USSR. The food...

"Great place to enjoy the Beppu Onsen experience - walking distance from all the Hells. Easy to reach the classic Dogo onsen - just walk there in your hotel robes! The facilities occasionally show their age but much of it is modernized and everything is very well maintained. Highly recommended."

"それは雄大な自然に囲まれており素晴らしいロケーションでした、ゆとりあるスケジュールが可能ならぜひ候補に加えてみてはどうかと思います。 行基の湯、道の駅しおのえを起点に内場ダム上流域へ車で10分ほど〜内場池を時計回り反時計回りのどちらでも行けますが反時計回りだといろんな意味で夜は怖いです‥ ホテルには露天風呂があり水風呂やサウナも併設されています、特に2020/07/23〜改装後まだ間もない露天風呂では大自然の中、ほんのり木の香りが漂いあまりの心地良さに５回も入ってしまいました、内風呂ともに決して広くはありませんがとにかく居心地が良かったです、泉質はややねっとりとしたアルカリ泉でしょうか、リクエストするならもう２度くらい温度が低かったら言うことありません‥賛否あろうかと思いますがかなり熱いと感じました。 歴史を感じさせる佇まいも昭和生まれの私にはどこか懐かしさを覚えました。 今回は朝食のみのプランでしたが、料理の味はもちろんのことその繊細さからも評判通りとうかがえます、次はぜひディナーのコースも味わってみたいです。 オープンテラスに鯉がいますビックリします！"
