The staff are very friendly and speak english and the rooms are nice for Japan and have free water and so many dining and shopping options near by - Nike, Kohokmo, Zara, H&M, and Lululemon....and so much more"

Updated with plenty of amenities and conveniently located near Tokyo Sky Dome. Comfortable beds, pajamas, and clean rooms. The best part of it all were the hotel staff; incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. As visitors from US, we felt so welcomed.
