"I would give the hotel 5 stars if they provided comfortable beds and pillows. It seems like they spent much of the budjet on the beauty of the service and property. but not on the comfort of a good night sleep. The beds were hard and the pillows thin. Every other place my wife and I stayed at in Japan provided more than confortable beds. Other than that, this is a beautiful hotel with excellent views of Tokyo."

"Location is close to several train stations. A bit of a hassle getting to hotel from airport, but otherwise great for getting around Tokyo. Great area near the UENO district with lots of shopping and restaurants within a short walk from hotel. Room was very small and bed was very uncomfortable. After 3 nights on that bed, my back was in a lot of pain. All staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. "
