"This hotel was clean and conveniently located on a quiet street in the main part of town, so walking everywhere was easy. The room was spacious and we had a nice balcony that faced the back of the hotel. There was coffee, tea, and snacks available 24/7 and the breakfast was good with eggs made to order. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel provided beach towels and bags as well as water bottles. The hotel had no elevator so it would not be suitable for someone with limited mobility as the reception was up one flight of stairs and the breakfast area up a second flight. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Puerto Ayora who is okay with stairs."
