"I was pleasantly surprised. I attended a conference at the Hotel del Coronado and all surrounding hotels were booked. I was lucky to find the Crown City Inn but was skeptical since it was a motel-like property but it was truly a lucky find and I will definitely return. "

"We upgraded to an ocean view room which was a lot more expensive but so worth the view. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. The resort is quite busy and be prepared to pay more for anything with a view. A beautiful hotel in a great location. As an older couple we found it difficult to find a quiet less busy spot and just have a drink enjoying the ocean view Staff were always friendly and helpful. There is currently lots of work gouon but this did not affect our stay."
