"A lot of people who complain about this resort is likely used to the 5 stars from cancun high rise. This is a 3 star resort and it is honestly the best 3 star resort i have ever been too and totally worth the money as i would like to come back here. The staff here are super friendly as they will go above and beyond to make your stay feel comfortable. I do recommend you buy a mexican sim card for data as the wifi isnt the strongest but other than that, this place is amazing."

"Honestly, everything was great no complaints. There were a few little things like certain conditions of the buildings and room but it's literally right by the ocean. Things are going to have a little rust or erode. I saw a few times they had people cleaning up the stairs rails which was cool. The employees seems hard working and sort of understaffed which is unfortunate. Shout out to the bar tenders at the pizza area (I'm terrible with names) they were always nice. Their night is cool but sucks...

Solo recomendaría que la atención del personal fuera mejor, ya que nos negaron el servicio de alimentos(mesera y cheff)en al área de alberca del Family -selection a las 5:20 pm, siendo que el servicio termina a las 6:00 de la tarde, hasta que el mesero Carlos escucho el tema y el muy amablemente nos atendió y nos llevó de comer .
