“The staff were excellent, the best part of the resort. There were things in our room and around the resort that weren’t great…no bulb in lamp, not always getting clean towels, strong odor in bathroom at times. Several taps not functioning in bathrooms, some restaurants closed on some days. Shuttle to towns not running unless minimum amount of people booking.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation.”
