"I enjoyed my stay at the Occidental Punta Cana. I usually stay at Dreams, but was traveling with friends this time. For the inexpensive price point, I was highly surprised at how big and accommodating this resort was. I had emailed before to ask if we could have rooms in the same area, and they did. Much of the staff also speak good English. I went for Spring Break and they tried their best to make fun for the younger crowd. Family friendly atmosphere, even with all the spring-breakers. Clean....

"Other then the staff member that called my god a "fake" god before trying to convert me, the staff were alright, room was too cold and bed was humid. The location and public facilities were amazing. Never stood in line for much other then drinks (meaning fast service turn around and enough toilets for females, which i loved."

Excellence El Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Excellence El Carmen has been the best resort i have visited to date! The staff is very friendly and professional. Our swim up room was amazing and fun to enjoy at all hours. We had delightful neighbors too so we made some friends! Excellence El Carmen has a host of restaurants and food available throughout the day and there wasnt a single meal that wasn't absolutely delicious! I'm an avid steak lover and enjoyed steaks at The Grill, Lobster House (surf & turf), and other and all of them were juicy and delicious. Every evening there were different fun events to jump into. Bars at almost every turn. I honestly don't have a bad thing to say about Excellence El Carmen. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great adults only resort! "
