They forgot to put a bottle of champagne in my room. When I reminded them about it, they just brought the bottle in their hands. Didn't they have a bucket of ice? Also, the view from the room window, described as "ocean view room" did not correspond to reality, or rather did not correspond to the description on the Expedia website. The ocean view was only from the balcony, and I bought a sea view from the room!

I had a room issue that was handled quickly and efficiently. The resort is gorgeous and the food is delicious but the staff makes it one of the best places I"ve ever stayed! Our butler Arturo was phenomenal and super responsive as well as Juan Bernardo who i have no idea what his job was but was beyond friendly and attentive to us! Louis who worked at the steakhouse was phenomenal as well!!! We can't wait to come back and see everyone again, they really do make you feel like family!!!

The staff was absolutely amazing, our butler Jose was amazing and Freilyn Santos was so fun and friendly. We had the best time, the resort was so well maintained and clean. Highly recommend this place!! Can’t wait to go back.

The property was beautiful. The staff was almost maintaining the property. The room was clean and fully stocked. Our butler Arturo was very helpful setting up the room and always easy to reach for any questions we had. The jacuzzi and tub unfortunately wouldn’t fill up, the jacuzzi was able to get fixed. We were unable to use the tub though. Overall I will most definitely be stay at this resort again when I return to Punta Cana. Thank You to all the staff and bartenders for making our stay a lasting memory.

This is an extremely well run property. The staff is both extremely friendly and helpful. It is easy to see why there are so many repeat visitors. That rooms were always kept clean. Our room was big and clean with a lot of amenities, the pools were huge and were a lot of activities everyday, but the best part was the beach, white sand, turquoise water and super clean. We love it!

Great beach! Eduardo was a fantastic butler! So efficient…making sure all dinner reservations were exactly as we wished. He checked on us daily. Jerry at the Piano Bar is THE best bartender! Rooms and properties are well maintained. We have stayed twice this year and both visits were wonderful. Big bonus is that there is a small mission-style Catholic church on property, offering mass Saturday nights.

This was our 2nd trip to the Majestic Mirage in Puta Cana. Both times we were fortunate to have Pablo Martinez as our butler. He was most attentive and accommodating. The grounds, rooms and restaurants were all well maintained. We just booked a 3rd stay for October 2025 and can’t wait to return
