"The resort was great! All the workers were very friendly and answered all the questions we had. Something I would’ve liked is to get a small tour around the area to get an idea of where certain buildings were located such as the spa. The Hyatt app was very helpful with scheduling services and also seeing what activities were being offered for the week! Will definitely return in the future :)"

"We like everything at this resort this is our second time staying here. For us everything was a short walking distance from our room to the main lobby area, main bar and preferred club lounge. The staff was amazing and very friendly. I will say if you don't get to the restaurant's early when they open at 6, you will be put on a waiting list and that wait could be anywhere from an hour to an hour and half. Food was ok.
