“WE emailed when booking as my wife was a wheel chair user they offered an up grade when we arrived but kept the room we booked our fault we should have followed up our email. The staff where very nice. Breakfast something for every one.”

“Our apartment was a lovely room on the third floor with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean with a daily service. Decor is a tad dated but had everything we needed. Service is excellent - all staff were super friendly & helpful. The pool area was very clean too, with complementary towels provided throughout the stay. Location is great - everything within an easy walk. I would happily stay here again! ”

“Nous avions du 4 au 11 janvier réservé pour l’hôtel Riu et à 4 jours de notre séjour nous avons été dirigé vers un autre hôtel Seasides los Jameos un super plaisir dans cet établissement . Réception à notre arrivée un verre de champagne de bienvenue des buffets du petit déjeuner au dîner un choix variés chaque jour , piscine eau à 26 et l’autre à 18 animations piscine et le soir avec les enfants en début de soirées et spectacles vraiment !! Et boissons alcoolisées ou non à gogo. baïram super...

“Lovely clean apartment on site bar and snack bar very reasonable prices. Arrived earlier than check in time and man on reception said he would come and find us when room was ready which he did and we checked in 2 hours early. Very clean modern room stayed before and since then it’s had a upgrade and would happily stay again and recommend these apartments ”

“Great place to be. The apartment was lovely and clean and with few steps to the swimming pool. The staff was very lovely and helpful with everything we need. They kept our bags our last day and they offered us their courtesy room for a shower before to take our plane. I recommend this place with 5 starts. I will definitely be back. ”
