"My husband and I stayed there on this past Saturday the 22nd. We had a very good time the only complaint that I had was was the shower meaning that the water went all over the floor during the shower so we had to use towels to put down to be safe because I am one with the disability. And secondly I know they said it was a continental breakfast but there was no meat so that was a little confusing. However we will stay again because the room was very nice and spacious and it didn't have a beach...

"Location location location! What this hotel lacked in newness, cleanliness, and updates it provides with its beach location. We loved having the beach just a short walk to the rear. The unit itself was a little dated. We also could have used some more clarity around policies and whether we needed to clean like an BNB. We enjoyed ourselves though. Our time was wonderful and we got the relaxation we so needed. So definitely a win. "

"Our stay at Harborwalk Lodge was fantastic. It’s off the beaten path but close enough to Galveston where the drive is nominal. The breakfast was delicious, the room was great, and the owners are a joy. 10/10 would stay there again."

"The property was pretty clean and so was the room. However there was a smell of weed and cigarettes in the room we stayed. The light was out in the restroom as well. There was no elevator and we had to drag our suitcase up the stairs. The walls are thin and I could hear the neighbors plus the train in the middle of the night. The price reflected the stay."
