"Lovely place , initially when I booked I didn’t realise how far it was from the city center. We ended up renting a car which actually made our trip more interesting . It took us about 35mins to get to Durres city center where all the activities were but we didn’t mind because we got to explore . The host was awesome , great communication via WhatsApp . "Good apartment. Perfect location by the beach. Nice people working there. However, the apartments are right next to a club with load music EVERY night, and sometimes early in the morning as well. We travelled with young children, so I wish I new about this before booking. Also, the cleaning isn’t great. The clothes were covered in dust after laying in the closet. Sand on the balcony floors before we used it. Something that looked like mud in the shower window. Other than the cleaning...

"I stayed because I had a long layover and needed a place close to the airport as I flew out very early. The hotel is very close, 5 minutes to walk from the airport but they even offer a shuttle bus to drive you. There is a lot of construction at the moment, but I didn't hear much at night. They assissted me with printing my boadingpass, loaned me an umbrella and helped me in any other way I needed for the layover. They offer breakfast as early as 4 or 5 so you can eat something before your flight. "
