"Great hotel"

"The location is quite good, mins walk to subway and bus stops. There is lawson beside the hotel and other convenience shops. Opposite is a Welcia mart and few restaurants around. Going to nikishi market is around 15mins walk. Like other commenters, you can smell some cigarette at the lobby although no one is smoking. Its ok for me since I dont really stay at the lobby for long. Room is clean and spacious. You get tour own toiletries at lobby and they offer wide ranges of things there to use"

"It was really a nice hotel to stay as we can sleep well and humidity was well control. Very clean as well. First time went in cannot find the slope. Probably have proper signage to guide tourists with luggages. The only short is payment cannot by paywave. I forgot my physical card and had to pay by another credit card."

"The hotel is clean and it is walking distance to Shinsaibashi. Good lighting in the room. Love the laundry service update. Toilet has large space which splits up the showering area and bathtub. However the toilet is extremely cold and after showering, we are perpetually shivering and have to hide under the blanket. The rain shower and water is strong and water does not seep out from the showering area which is fantastic allowing the toilet to maintain its dryness after showering. We like the...
