"The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area! Beds are great, Table is great, although there is one thing to consider if you're a JR Pass User: Osaka Metro is the only convenient transportation around here, but it doesn't get covered by the Pass at all.
