"We had a room with river view which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well and also had a fan. Hotel staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Bed comfortable and shower was very good. Breakfast included which we picked off of a menu. First day raining so we had in our room, second day on the roof top which had great view. "I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

"I booked a room for 3769.92 INR but on checking in was charged 5152 INR. I realized I had been overcharged when I was checking out. They told me to take it up with Expedia, so I did. Expedia said they had worked it out with the hotel and would process a refund. Later, however, Expedia sent an email saying that the hotel said I had upgraded my room and so they would not honor the price I booked for. Someone is lying. "The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family (husband and two children) who were in transit via Delhi. They had arrived in Delhi after two long flights and the hotel staff were so kind and made sure their stay was a comfortable as possible before they got their evening flight. "

The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi

"The staff were extremely helpful, especially Srishti Vashi and Karishma at the front desk, and Pooja at the Cafe Knosh. The buffetwas amazing!! We checked in and out 4 times throughout our stay in the area and it was a pleasure to feel like it was ‘home’ away from home. We felt safe with all the security checks. Definitely recommend!!"

Great overnight stay to start the golden triangle

"Great stay with the hotel. We booked 2 rooms for a multigenerational family of 5 and the tariff included breakfast buffet. I loved the fact that they gave us interconnected rooms and set up an extra bed in one of the rooms. The buffet was great as well. While the rooms were on the smaller side, that is likely standard for central Delhi. We enjoyed our stay immensely."
