"Despite arriving late in the evening, I was made to feel welcome. The room was freshly redecorated, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely too. Staff all very friendly. I was told by the taxi driver how amazing the food is, but didn't get a chance to stay for dinner, maybe next time!"

"Looks great from outside, and very welcoming from the start. The rooms are clean and spacious with great quirky decor and a very comfortable bed. We used the bar and restaurant during our stay and found the food very good and the service excellent. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. We would definitely stay again."

"This was my second stay at The Crown at Harnhill, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, well-kept, and had all the little touches that make a stay extra special. A good night’s sleep was guaranteed with the cozy bed and peaceful surroundings. The food was another highlight! I started with the scampi and pork crackling, and let’s be honest—who can say no to pork crackling? Both were absolutely delicious, perfectly crispy, and packed with flavor. My main was just as impressive, and breakfast the next morning was amazing. I had the Eggs Benedict, which was cooked to perfection, and the ham was to die for—so full of flavor and beautifully prepared. "Amazing place, temperature was minus and freezing so couldn’t get the heating high enough, but to be fair the bed was extremely comfy and had a really good sleep before going onto my next location, would definitely stay again and give time to use the facilities better! The Nog inn was a great local pub for food and drink 5 mins in a taxi "
