“Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi didn’t work in room, but good in bar and outside. Bathroom a little tired but functional. Food was great. ”

“Amazingly good staff - friendly and efficient. Surprised no dining room for evening meals but with such good (Michelin starred?) pub 3 minutes walk away they were forgiven. New batteries, with cleaned contacts, were needed in the safe so it was a good job that we weren't too worried about leaving valuables in our room. Excellent breakfast!”

“We only stayed one night for our daughter’s 8th birthday shopping trip, the staff decorated our room with ballooons and confetti and made a cake from towels! Absolutely incredible service. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay in Bristol. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed was the comfiest I have stayed in! All shampoo and conditioner and body was is supplied too. Staff are so friendly. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the food did look amazing! ”

“A hidden gem of a hotel. Beautiful building, lovely surroundings. My only reason for not giving it a 5 across the board was that there was a private party in one of the function rooms. Not an issue in itself, however I felt the staff were stretched quite thin as a result and the service was quite slow at dinner, to the point that we had to keep trying to find someone to serve, get the bill etc. Other than that, we had a great time and it wouldn’t deter me from coming back ”

“처음 숙박하는 곳이었지만 조용하고 깨끗하며 고급스러운 정말 마음에 드는 호텔이었음. 저녁식사도 특별한 룸에서 정갈하고 맛있는 음식으로 만족스럽게 했으며 호텔지배인과의 대화도 참 즐거웠습니다. 오래된 영주의 저택을 호텔로 잘 개조하고 내부 또한 고급스럽게 잘 만들어져 있었고 지배인의 응대 또한 좋았습니다. Bristol 이나 Bath를 여행 한다면 지내기 아주 좋은 숙소입니다.”

“Checkin was very friendly and helpful. Photos a bit misleading as kitchen area is shared between three rooms. Bathroom was pretty cold (studio room) and shower cubicle cosy/small with a general musty smell. Bed was comfortable but location on the main road meant it’s a noisy night if you’re a light sleeper. Continental breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.”

“Nice family pub. It can be a bit noisy during pub open hours but my family were very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The bar below sells nice selection of beers and the play area kept our daughter busy so we could relax.”

“A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....
