“The hotel and the grounds were full of character. The bathroom was incredible. However, the issue was the noise. Needs some serious sound proofing. The room was above reception and was incredibly noisy. Also, the room lacked services considering the price per night. Limited drinks available, and had to ask for bathrobes. ”

“처음 숙박하는 곳이었지만 조용하고 깨끗하며 고급스러운 정말 마음에 드는 호텔이었음. 저녁식사도 특별한 룸에서 정갈하고 맛있는 음식으로 만족스럽게 했으며 호텔지배인과의 대화도 참 즐거웠습니다. 오래된 영주의 저택을 호텔로 잘 개조하고 내부 또한 고급스럽게 잘 만들어져 있었고 지배인의 응대 또한 좋았습니다. Bristol 이나 Bath를 여행 한다면 지내기 아주 좋은 숙소입니다.”

“A flaff to gett in, code given to main door but no indo on room or room code. Had ro ring service. At the time there was room in the car park ( it is advertised as free car park, but its a first come basis.) Carpet on stairwell needed a clean. Flat was spotless and amemities ok but coffee pods were only 4 for two nights Overall it was ok but expensive. ”

“We had a good overall experience, we were slightly let down by the cleaners over the duration of our stay however customer service was amazing and they sorted everything out instantly! Shae the lady behind the front desk deserves a pay rise or managerial status, she was amazing!”

“Checkin was very friendly and helpful. Photos a bit misleading as kitchen area is shared between three rooms. Bathroom was pretty cold (studio room) and shower cubicle cosy/small with a general musty smell. Bed was comfortable but location on the main road meant it’s a noisy night if you’re a light sleeper. Continental breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.”

“Nice family pub. It can be a bit noisy during pub open hours but my family were very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The bar below sells nice selection of beers and the play area kept our daughter busy so we could relax.”

“A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....
