"The Yeatman was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The team was great. It was our first time traveling with two kids under 3, and our room had two cots ready, with slippers, Yeatman teddy bears, shampoo and soap for kids, etc. For us, there was a small bottle of LBV port, chocolate truffles and Pasteis de Nata - a nice touch! "Like the premier location, everything else about this hotel is first-class, from the friendly and helpful staff to the sumptuous breakfast, comfortable and spacious remodeled rooms (ours had a view over the Duoro) and multiple little lounge areas. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."

Si queria expilicar que pedimos un taxi para el aereopuerto desde el hotel para el 13 de enero a las 9y30 am y nos preocupó porque el taxita no puso el taxímetro y cuando llegamos al aereopuerto nos cobró 35 euros y no nos dio comprobante , no se si esto es correcto Quiero aclarar que el hotel no tiene que ver con esto solamente ellos...

"Fab hotel. Superb team all very helpful. We received lots of little treats throughout our stay. No tea / coffee making facilities in rooms - coffee machines and pods only. True brits we do like a cuppa. They did serve comp tea and cake at 4pm in the lobby every day. Highly recommend this hotel - amazing team and a great location. Great power shower and fab super large bath towels, and lush bathroom toiletries. "

"This was our second stay at the Hotel da Oliveira. All being well, we shall be returning again. It is a most elegant space in the historical quarter, with themed guest rooms (ours was named after the inscription of the city on the UNESCO World Heritage List). "The staff were great and incredibly helpful.We had an accessible room and although the bathroom was accessible the room was very small and we struggled to fit our mobility scooter in the room.If we needed to use a wheelchair it would have not been suitable as not enough room around the bed.That being said the hotel was well positioned and the breakfasts were really good."
