Normandy Shores, Miami hotel rooms at the Highgate Independent

"The hotel is beautiful. The suite was beautiful as well but for the price it should have been cleaner than it was. Especially since I paid extra to be able to check in early. The tables needed to be wiped, hair on the bathroom floor, old food on some of the utensils. For over $400 for one night that wasn’t acceptable. I. was welcomed by staff with a bottle of wine. Staff was very friendly. "

"The staff at the front desk were just lovely. I could tell that they were always looking to make sure that we had what we needed and and were available to us at any time. I was really surprised by the restaurant the food was lovely it was a beautiful breakfast/brunch. I would definitely come back and stay in this hotel again."
