"Well, I did have a trouble with Expedia reservations booking me for a Time Share type of Hotel. On arrival , the front desk had to find the my reservation. Lucky I had all info and they fixed the trouble. They were awesome about that. Then, I was told that I was to go in the morning for a seminar about the property which I quickly declined. No problem. I found that I had to park in a lot that was half a block away and with a 2 day pass. Then, come back to the lobby to retrieve my luggage cart....

The staff were excellent and as an unexpected bonus they had a complementary level 2 EV charging station for their guests that came in super handy for me.
