The address is very difficult to find, the hotel operator responded/replied to none of my communications ahead of check in. The location of this hotel is on the dodgier end of Ledras street. "You get two really large rooms with a king-size bed and full kitchen (!) and bathroom in a great location for an excellent price. It's a little noisy due to single paned glass so use earplugs if that bothers you, but at the price I booked in for, this is totally fine."
