"We had a lovely balcony with morning sun overlooking a couple trees and another property. The worst thing probably was the complete lack of an elevator but as it was only 3 floors it was not THAT bad. They had a small pool in the center of the hotel, not inside, but surrounded by the staircases and halls. The beach was a short 1.5 block walk to the entrance over the dunes. "We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville.
