"Very happy with the property, the staff and service. We had a vibration in our room, and were promptly moved to an upgraded room. We had dinner in the bar/lounge as well as Manteo’s restaurant. Very nice offering and service. Would love to comeback when it is warmer, to take advantage of the outdoor spaces. Highly recommend "

"The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was within our budget. The room was clean and very spacious which was good because we had lots of bags.We felt safe during our stay and there are many places close by for food options and for shopping. Kelowna is a nice and beautiful place to visit. With lots of beautiful parks and wonderful mountain and lake views that will take your breath away. "

"Always welcomed at the balcomo by the regular staff, secured parking in the back, decent wifi it could use better range but it will suffice, Keurig coffee machine in room is a bonus, tv’s in suite rooms could use an upgrade as some make a buzzing noise. Vending machines could use some product. "
