"Got into town for a late flight and needed a comfy option for the night & the Pinnacle was a great option. The staff are so friendly and the location is very quiet at night. Lots of great spots to walk to if you planned to stay. The property is on the older/ simpler side but everything was clean and well maintained. "

"The property was great and self-contained and had everything you needed inside. The hotel outside is partially industrial, partially Warehouse and you do have to walk a ways to get to anything other than a 7-Eleven or Costco. That aside we will stay there again. "

"Hot springs was nice. Lots of pools and this time of year it was quiet. We ate at a local restaurant close by so didn’t try the restaurant in the hotel. Hotel was clean. Our room was in the original building so it was old but clean and staff were all nice. "

"Mostly great for a hostel style hotel. Bit of rowdy boys noise in the hallway Friday night, 1:30am. No coffeemaker in room though generous coffee downstairs. Great location. We would stay again."

"Reason for good in some instances: They are under Reno’s Re: there dining room area so food is limited in this area. Overall the hotel is great, clean, close to the airport, shuttle service also available. Would I stay there/here again most definitely. Thank you."

"We went over from the Island for a Canucks game. We got to the hotel earlier than check in, figured we'd just see if we could park as we got food and did a wander. Sid checked and was able to get us into our room early! Pool was great for the kids, hot tub was great for me! Super close to Rogers Arena, and two restaurant options in the same building as the hotel."
