"Loved the area and the proprty but the sea view rooms we got were nit really sea view room. Accesiblity with a big vehicle was also an issue so we had to drag our stuff uphill to get in. The staff was very nice and iverall we liked our stay"

"Delightful hotel with friendly, helpful and courteous staff. My room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. "Cochichos is not spectacular or super memorable, but it is a solid option. We had the cottage room and it was very clean and functional and the internet worked well, which was not the norm for places we stayed at in India. The staff were courteous and helpful. We enjoyed watching peacocks in the adjacent yard. We did not use the pool or the jacuzzi, but both looked clean. We are from New York City and are big walkers, so we were fine walking to our favorite restaurant in the area, Bean Me Up,...

"We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. Rishav a management Trainee was very special making the experience better every day with personal communication and little gifts like fresh flowers, hand written notes and treats while keeping the room at its best cleanliness. Sanjeeta one of the managers also made our experience special. Raul the manager at one of the best restaurants in Goa, personalized each experience and made the family and my child feel very comfortable. Algan and Harsh’s service was exceptional. "

"Staff very polite and genuinely ready to help. Hotel layout, particularly lobby and terrace are amazing. Dinning hall supervisor (Glen) was always there to make sure that other staff are prompt in providing great service. Highly recommended. Will come back in near future "

"Amazing stay at Westin Goa! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the view, and great food at the restaurants. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their amazing Indian hospitality. Reception, the porters, cleaning staff and even the breakfast crew really all went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable! We are so thankful and can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much!!
