"I loved this property, even though we stayed for one night I would stay here again for more days. The aesthetic is a 10/10, the rooms 10/10. Having a kitchenette is very impportant for me. Was not hard to find, and the location is fine. It's not in the city like downtown, but it's near train stations. grocery stores, cafes etc. The room was very clean!! love the black trim in the bathroom."

"We loved our stay at Grand Hyatt Barcelona! Beginning from the wonderful welcome at front desk from Clara, and continuing to the lovely breakfast and spa facilities, we couldn’t have chosen a better location for our short city break. Our hotel room had lovely mod cons making our stay comfortable and the area was accessible being relatively close to the airport (20 mins) and easily accessible to tourist sites by taxi, metro and bus. "Hotel was top notch. Very clean and staff were superb. Room was superb. The only thing that let it down was the restaurant was closed as we were told, they were having problems. Would have been nice to have been informed via email but then there was a party of people there on the Friday night but only open to them. "

"Overall a good stay and a nice hotel. Breakfast was good however the area to get food was small and too compact. Rooms nice and always cleaned very well. Only problem we encountered was noise, 1 from air con and from the room above on 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed which was very frustrating and had to call reception 4 times. Good restaurants around area."

(However, for first-time visitors to Lisbon, be prepared for the abundance of hills and stairs, which can be quite surprising.) Definitely a place I would revisit! "

"Fabulous hotel. Lots of attentive staff on reception. Handed a ‘quick guide’ to the hotel which clearly explains what the hotel offers and where you can find it. Room was compact but modern and spotlessly clean. The sports bar concept was great but not executed quite right. A bit too formal for a space that should be relaxed. Beautifully designed. Nothing around the hotel as it’s on an industrial estate. Great for running though."
