"The hotel was nice. It's an older facility but they keep it up. The room and bathroom were small. The front desk and all of the staff were amazing! Very friendly, kind and courteous! Helping in hailing cabs--I was on crutches, so this was much appreciated. "

"Good location, close to Hell's Kitchen, TS, and other midtown neighborhoods while tucked away from the hustle bustle. Easy walk to TS subway and a $10-12 cab ride to Penn Station. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in are amazing!"
