Would stay at the Pod Timesquare again. Clean, quiet, close to bagels and train. Beautiful view over the city and even Hudson in the back. Bar on site. Towels and sheets crisp clean. Highly recommend.

The reading light didn’t work on one side and wouldn’t shut off at the other. They said they would fix it while I was gone for the day. I returned at 11:30 pm. Nothing was done. Took 45 minutes to come and tell me it was all broken and needed to be replaced. They offered a new room at 1:00 am. Too tired to change. Very very disappointed

I was told by hotel they had an arrangement with a parking lot a block away. When o got there. The parking person told me they were full and couldn’t help me. It took us 2 hours driving around trying to find parking. We almost missed a show we had tickets for and nobody gave a crap about it. If I knew The situation was that bad I would have arranged train tickets or something else but I was told it would be ok to drive. Very disappointing.

These are small but mighty. We loved the location, it was comfortable and offered everything we needed. The price was high as it was a very busy time in NYC...It was much more affordable than other hotels in the area

Yes, the room was small as expected. It was also very comfortable and clean. We felt safe in our room and had no troubles. The traffic sounds were quite loud but the windows did a fair job at muffling the sound.

Property was very simple but perfect. Close to Times Square and Subway transportation. For being in the city the area was quiet and the hotel itself was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. I went on the trip with my 18 year old daughter and we both felt safe in the area. There were several dining options in the area as well. I would definitely recommend the Pods and will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Make sure if you book the bunk beds room that you’re comfortable with whoever you’re sharing the room with as the bathroom has frosted glass walls and the door doesn’t close completely. Location was fantastic and walls were very soundproof. I will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Liked the location for easy walking to Penn Station, Times Square, Bryant Park and Hell’s Kitchen and many restaurant choices. POD Times Square was clean and elevators worked well which is absolutely necessary to reach the lobby and the rooms (ours was 21st floor). Staff was helpful and hold baggage which is another necessity but checkout is a decent time and not super early. Nice bar area with some breakfast breads and drinks available if needed. Ellen’s Stardust Diner is a 15 min walk and great show with fun food.

Property is at an excellent location, very close to the major train station (Port Authority), taxis are outside hotel even transport to the airport. Staff helpful. If you like space, choose a larger room cause small rooms are small indeed.
