"Just left this lovely hotel. I got the room I booked on the 3rd floor. Great view for sunset. The staff are outstanding. A great breakfast was included. Fantastic location for walking around town - plenty of dining options and access to the boat tours. Room very clean and I loved the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. AC and fan in the room. I see why this place gets good reviews."

"Staff were very courteous, cooperative and accommodating. Lyca, Malou, Janice and Rosemarie were very helpful and professionals. Inn was average, going up and down was quite dangerous especially for seniors like us because it is steep and slippery as water drips down due to cleaning of motorcycles on the road above. I suggested to one of the staff for the management to place side hand-rails or side stairs. As well, room doors are fragile and have no double lock which could easily be kicked and...

"Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. Its really a shame that this ruined our nights here so we had to leave one day earlier. The owner payed us back for that night...

"This property has comfortable enough beds, ac that’s cool enough, and enough space to move around in the room. The only problem we had at the barkada room is the shower. Water from the shower would spill over to the toilet area. Also there were not enough electric sockets for a room good for 6 persons. The pick up and drop off airport shuttle however was superb. "The property was very unique and kichi. The theme was well covered but a little cluttered in our suite and it was hard to move around. Too many objects. The bathroom light switch fell apart and the shower had also fell off in our first night stay but the staff took care of it very quickly. Ok Google. We paid more than other people for the same excursions by 700 pesos and we are on the same bus. I believe it was incurred by the hotel but I could be wrong"

"This is small and gorgeous. If you want to hang out and relax this is the place to be. The staff are fabulous. As soon as we pushed our luggage out of the door of our accommodation staff nearby rushed over to take it for us; they are attentive and very helpful. The pool is cooler than normal Philippines pools - we found this to be better because it was easier to cool down and relax in the heat again. No kids running around was a big bonus. "We, more often than not, choose to stay at New World when we are staying in Manila/Makati. Typically this would just be for a single night prior to our flight abroad. And we usually book a club room. The staff at the club room check in desk and those serving in the club lounge were once again top notch. We will be back."

Service Done Right!

"Booked a runway suite for my toddler who loves airplanes. We had the perfect view for plane-spotting at the 11/F, but the AC was acting up due to extreme heat that day. We had to move to a lower floor, but couldn't really fault the staff for this. All the staff we encountered especially Duty Manager Mosh and FO Angelika were very helpful. They knew exactly how to assist us and were excellent at customer service. The queen bed was also one of the comfiest we've ever slept in. Savoy Manila turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. Seems unassuming, but it certainly over-delivered especially when it came to its best assets-- its people."
