"Staff were very courteous, cooperative and accommodating. Lyca, Malou, Janice and Rosemarie were very helpful and professionals. Inn was average, going up and down was quite dangerous especially for seniors like us because it is steep and slippery as water drips down due to cleaning of motorcycles on the road above. I suggested to one of the staff for the management to place side hand-rails or side stairs. As well, room doors are fragile and have no double lock which could easily be kicked and...

"Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. Its really a shame that this ruined our nights here so we had to leave one day earlier. The owner payed us back for that night...

"The property was very unique and kichi. The theme was well covered but a little cluttered in our suite and it was hard to move around. Too many objects. The bathroom light switch fell apart and the shower had also fell off in our first night stay but the staff took care of it very quickly. Ok Google. We paid more than other people for the same excursions by 700 pesos and we are on the same bus. I believe it was incurred by the hotel but I could be wrong"

"This is small and gorgeous. If you want to hang out and relax this is the place to be. The staff are fabulous. As soon as we pushed our luggage out of the door of our accommodation staff nearby rushed over to take it for us; they are attentive and very helpful. The pool is cooler than normal Philippines pools - we found this to be better because it was easier to cool down and relax in the heat again. No kids running around was a big bonus. "I absolutely love this hotel—it truly exceeded my expectations in terms of service. My check-in with Leah was seamless, and I really appreciated Sean’s from conceirge help with navigating the Grab app, which was a huge help throughout my trip. The housekeepers, security staff, and everyone in the food and beverage team were all outstanding. I can tell that the entire team is trained to deliver 5-star service in a 4-star setting. The location is also perfect, with easy access to both MOA and the airport. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to others."
