"We only stayed one night here for a layover in bangkok but the area was great, very close to Chinatown with lots of food options and relatively quiet at night, overall the bed and breakfast was lovely. They cooked us the most delicous homestyle thai meal for breakfast and when we arrived to check in they told us to sit down and gave us a glass of freshly squeezed citrus jucie and a homemade thai dessert snack made from purple sweet potato that was so good and bottles of water. "Very nice basic hotel. Very clean. Great friendly staff. Free use of bikes. A scooter for rent. Grab taxi only 95 baht. I found a lovely restaurant nearby called Melt In Your Mouth. Nice view of river and sidewalks. "

"I arrived around noon at the property and they allowed me to checkin earlier, which I very much appreciate. This hotel is quite little and intimate, the room and bathroom were very big. Breakfast was okay and big enough for me. On the other hand, the hotel is far from the good beach area of Hua Hin. Also, the bathroom grout is moldy which gave me a feeling that cleaning is not great. "
