"I would have maybe given this property a higher rating until they charged me for my "free" wifi. I have been trying to reach the hotel since I received the bill, but they do not respond to communication through Expedia and they only have a local NYC number. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Expensive for the location. Near two subways but neither have elevators if you have luggage even thought the front desk staff told me I was wrong and directed me to a boarded up elevator.
