After a 6 hour flight, we didn’t feel an aloha welcome by whoever checked us in. On top of that, our request to be moved to a room with a better view was denied. This is a training issue with a single employee; everyone else were friendly. Room and amenities were great though. The complimentary Hawaiian coffee was always fresh which I loved.
