“My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Roatan celebrating our anniversary. The staff at Paradise went above and beyond to make our trip special. There were flowers on the bed with chocolates when we checked in and surprised us the following day with a special anniversary dessert on the beach! The location is great, the beach fantastic, food was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the courtesy airport transportation was hassle free! We’ll definitely be back!”

“The overall service was good, except for the guys at the Bar. Barman super rude and servers horrible! I had to stand up and ask for the menu several times, talk to the bartender which gave me a horrible treat pizza was burnt twice and flavor disgusting. At one moment I decided to get water from my room and the same rude bartender asked me to pay like if I was going to run away. Next time he should ask if I needed something else. ”

“Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. When looking for a resort in Roatan, I specifically looked for a family-friendly resort....

“Seagrape is located on a great spot just far enough away from West End when you want seclusion yet only a couple of minutes away when you want it. The hotel was very nice, room was very clean, front desk was very personable and the breakfast was great every morning. The staff made my stay on the island fantastic from the second I stepped off the plane and every moment since. The dive shop is so conveniently located and they made getting back into diving very easy. Already planning my next trip...

“Stayed 3 nights at the Blue Bahia and it was a good stay about which we really have no complaints. Pre-stay communication was excellent. Our driver was at the airport waiting for us and took us to Eldon's as arranged - super-nice guy. The way it worked out, we stayed 2 nights in the Sunset View 2 and 1 in the Sea View. Sunset View is a nice unit over the bar & grill - great deck and view of the water and convenient to the beach and to dine. The only real issue with that room is that the AC is in...
