"Lovely quiet location"

"We enjoyed a 2 night stay a this hotel. We didn’t arrive until late evening on our first night due to plane delays so we had missed any entertainment and evening meal, but they did supply a pack of sandwiches, juice and fruit. The room and hotel were very clean and modern. There were beverages supplied in our room but mainly coffee and tiny cups. So being British I would have liked a cup of ordinary tea and milk. "Lovely big apartment on a very well kept complex. Will definitely stay again. loved being so close to the hypersldino for fresh pastries for breakfast and a few minutes walk down to the strip. Very central location."

"The stay was fine but grupotel charged us more than what was agreed. I had booked the stay through hotels.com for a fixed amount and the hotel chared us ten percent higher. When we reached out to Grupotel, they said talk to Hotels.com, while Hotels.com says you need to talk to grupotel. Now they are saying that the extra charges are forex charges. The currency has not fluctuated and who charges tehn percent as forex charges. Hotels.com rates are not trustworthy. "

"A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels."
