Very attentive, friendly, appropriately humorous and very professional. The food was all excellent. We only stayed for 1 night but will definitely go back when we can. Would highly recommend!!"

Only 2 things that where bit of issue was £10 a day parking at hotel, which was extra think for the money you pay to stay, it should be included. "My stay was great from the moment I got checked in by Persia who was lovely and even offered to see if the kitchen would prepare me something even though they had just closed. After my long journey from London it was a very good welcome. My room had a beautiful window with a view of the Lake and the mountains. The rest of the staff from the bar to the restaurant was really accommodating and kind. It’s within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, cinema and the lake of course. "
