"We loved our stay at The Westin Hapuna Beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming and ready to assist however they could. The rooms and other facilities were clean and updated. We enjoyed the restaurants and food available to us. The only complaint would be between the cost of food and the variety of food. Piko was a very helpful option to keep cost down but each restaurants food options were very similar and that got boring. "

"The staff is so friendly and kind. I have not yet explored the whole resort but what I have visited so far is great. The restaurant that does not require reservations has very healthy and delicious menu choices."

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "

"They upgraded us to a suite for our honeymoon. The rooms are newly redone and are so beautiful and thoughtful. The Gold experience made us feel like royalty, although I would think it would maybe include some parking perks or pool perks. The grounds of the hotel were outstanding. First time I ever thought - I would travel specifically to stay at another fairmont hotel. "
