"The staff at the hotel were super friendly. We were traveling with 2 young children. Upon our arrival, they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to make the stay more pleasant. "The hotel switch off the aircon compressor thru the day. Hotel lobby was hot, and mind you, it is summer and 30 degrees in September 2023.
