"The hotel started off great, we stopped before hand at a store and got snacks, we left the room for a couple hours and came back to them infested with little bugs and a trail of them leading to the window. They were very quick and great to give us a new room but acted like this was a normal occurrence. Pros: Breakfast was great and the area was good, nice distance to the food and the National Parks. "

We were evacuating hurricane Milton and were lucky to reserve these rooms. We did not like the anxiety caused by this hotels.com error."
