Some of the amenities were not even 1 star rating. They need a lot of improvement with respect to the rooms and services. The actual room which we booked and got was not close to the pictures posted on the website. The room which was given to us was too small, the bathroom was also too small with the exhaust making too much noise. Even the AC unit was way too noisy and didn't allowed a good night sleep. Our room cleaning was done after multiple request. They need to have adequate staff speaking in English as most of them can only speak Spanish. The only positive for us was the car parking. Based on our experience, it is advisable to book a hotel in the downtown.

The room was gross. Dirty. The bathroom had air all over and the bed was uncomfortable. Wyndham should be ashamed to support this hotel.

This hotel is really old and in a terrible part of down. It smells like chemicals as soon as you walk in. No elevator to get upstairs, you have to carry all your luggage up a tight staircase. Never was given a map or directions to room/gym/breakfast/ice machines etc. Afternoon front desk staff was amazing, kind and tried to help. Front desk staff in the morning was terrible. Teens not paying attention and seemingly annoyed when I asked where the ice machine was. We will do more research before picking a hotel off Expedia again…

It was fine for what it was- a place to sleep for one night with a long layover at the airport. It's not where you'd want to spend your Miami vacation, but it's close to the airport and has a convenient free shuttle. It was clean and comfortable which is really all you need, but it's nothing more.

My room was not completely clean, the bathroom was not clean in the shower, the floor grooves were dirty, the headboard of the bed had stains of some fluid, it was already dry.

Night Staff was rude, elevator was out of order and made it difficult with luggage was told to check out if we didn’t like it. Not ADA compliant. Beds did not have mattress pads and only a thin sheet to cover it. Bedding had body Oder smell. Bathroom walls were dirty definitely an old hotel in need of repair. Shuttle was not provided from airport although advertised on website. Wyndham needs to take their name off the property because it definitely was way below their standards.

I phoned the hotel several times to arrange a ride from the airport to the hotel, which was a short distance. They gave me instructions where to go to get picked up. I was to phone the hotel once I had the luggage in hand. I phoned the hotel in doing so, and they told me that their last driver did a pickup about 15mins prior to me phoning them and that there is no other ride to the hotel. I had to take a cab instead. The hotel doesn't cover the cab fee even though they advertise an airport pickup. Not happy!
