"The Property was great, you always see staff working in every area like the garden, the pool and around the the hotel area. The restaurants are always clean lots and lots of room for everyone to sit and enjoy even near the pool. Property is great! Our welcoming experience was also amazing, everyone had an smile and ready to assist. "

"As a family of four, we really enjoyed our stay! However, I would like to suggest to management that they do not allow guests to place personal items or clothing to reserve spots on the beach. For such a nice hotel, there should be clearer policies regarding this issue. Guests from Colonial and Mirage are using sunbeds designated for Elegance, simply by leaving their slippers on the chairs. This is something that needs to be addressed."

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
