"The property needs updating as we had been in Jan 2024 it remains the same- on the last day the toilet kept blocking plus the smell in the room was not very nice. We had a partial river view room which was really lovely. So there are positives and negatives despite this l really like the hotel. I especially like the resident pundit who does amazing pooja in the morning and evening which is beautiful. The staff are very nice 😊"

"Close to Mall Road. But entrance is difficult for the downward slope and ban on taxi entry. Food quality was ok but nothing extraordinary, needs improvement. Staff were very courteous and helpful. "
