"Property was okay as construction work going on but the service was pathetic. The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. We called to order food for dinner as my partner had to take medicines after meal, the hotel staff was drunk af and forgot about our order when we called them after about an hour to enquire about food, the staff was not in a condition to talk as he was so drunk and by that...

"Very nice hotel in a nice location. Stayed for 5 days. Enjoyed our stay. Room was nice , very comfy bed. The bed helped us sleep better after tiring days. Very clean bathroom. House keeping did an amazing job keeping room very clean and welcoming. Views from our room were very beautiful. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is superb. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade.
