The cot for our baby was prepared in advance and was free of charge. The free breakfast was good. They let us leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. We stayed a while at the reception after checkout because our baby was fussy and the receptionist was very accommodating. We will surely book again on our next visit. "

If you're looking for a high-end hotel experience, look elsewhere since the building is historic (e.g. janky elevator), but if you're looking for a base to explore the highlights of Rome at a very reasonable price for the area, it's hard to do...
