“This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before...

“We chose this location because we were going to Oktoberfest. As far as location, it is perfectly located if you were going to Oktoberfest. It is no more than a five minute walk. Also liked this location because the hotel was tucked away off the street and therefore you didn’t have a lot of noise of people passing by. As far as the room goes. It was clean, but I was disappointed that there were absolutely no towels available or shampoo or tissues. It slept four people, but you are all in one...
