“Struttura pulita e ben tenuta anche se un po' datata. Ristorazione e servizi da migliorare. Scarsa attenzione verso il cliente. In particolare ho segnalato due volte un disservizio (mancanza di segnale Sky) e non è stato risolto. La mia richiesta di rimborso di parte della quota del soggiorno è rimasta ignorata ”

“Really appreciate that its a kid friendly hotel. Great stay there. Amazing view from our room. If I could say something to improve : the climatisation was a bit louder in the room, the second little bed was in the light of the hall at night and a bit noisy...”

“Die Ferienwoche im Hotel war fantastisch - das Personal äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit, lustig und zuvorkommend:-) Das Zimmer war wunderschön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer inkl. 24/7 Meeresrauschen - traumhaft. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig und schön. Einzig beim Haarfönen brauchte ich etwas Geduld mit langen Haaren. Das Essen war vortrefflich und das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Herzlichen Dank für den unvergesslich schönen Aufenthalt.”
