"The property itself is fine, but NEVER accept a room anywhere near 101. We rapidly realized the really loud droning noise that made it awful to be in the room was a huge restaurant vent fan situated exactly outside our room/window. Asked to be moved. No. Told, "Oh they will turn it off." Yea they turn it off from about 1am to 5am. Not much help for someone trying to sleep. Gave them the keys back and left to stay elsewhere. They seemed to care, you know, about zero. "

"Check in was crazy because of so many people needing to check in. Housekeeping took a long time which is why our check in was late. Breakfast was a mess- the layout causes a bunch of people trying to get food. It was busy and some guests literally took all of the hot did so filling it was slow. Super wash was on the wall near the sink and not in the shower. Room was large and clean. Price was very expensive due to availability and holiday reason (snow!)"
