During my stay, unfortunately there was no hot water and the power went out. The power was able to be turned on, but no hot water to shower in winter was very disappointing for the price I paid for my stay and I did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience.

We had 2 rooms. In both the rooms, the shower tap and microwave were not working. After request, the microwave was restored, but the shower tap problem continued. The reception people cited shortage of staff and said will offer discounts, which eventually was not given.

It was perfect for us We got there late at night, easy check in, woke up early to go to mammoth Breakfast was great Coffee milk cereal muffins bagels waffles and french toast Juices and yogurt and fruit!! Very happy, we will be back

Older hotel which explains the price. Had some bad reviews but we did not have any issues other than we were initially given a room key and halfway up the stairs with all our luggage we were called back and given a new set as the othe room already had a guest in it. Will pass on staying here again.

It's fine. Had multiple room key/ card issues, maybe my pockets are extra spicy. Annoying upstairs neighbors, noise carries pretty well. Not sure why they stacked us when half the place appeared empty. Better than a tent, but more expensive, too.

I was upset when I arrived to discover that they were trying to surprise me with a $10 "resort fee." I explained that I'd rented the room on Expedia and that the website had clearly indicated that the price I paid had included all taxes and fees (as apparently required by California law). The guy at the desk made me show him my Expedia receipt, and even then tried to keep charging me the extra but finally backed off!! I was also unhappy about the strong cleaning chemicals that left a powerful aroma in the room.
