"Friendly staff on front desk willing to accommodate our requests, room clean but basic is an understatement, I know it is a budget hotel but at least heating (we had a tiny oil radiator in the room that didn’t heat it) luckily we had blankets in the car!! And no kettle or tea and coffee in the room had to pay extra at the desk when checking in"

"We have just had a nights stay and altho for some people the hotel would appear old fashioned and outdated thats what makes it so unique and has a oldy world feel about it .The staff were friendly and professional and our balcony room overlooking the sea was spotless and just perfect .infact we relaxed on the balcony and caught some winter sun .highly recommend "

"Pro: Good communication, Fast check in and out, room a good size for families, having a small kitchen saved us a lot of time and money. Cool decor. Good heating and cooling. Parking was right by the front door. Very quiet. Lovely high ceilings, good blackout curtains. Good size TV. Comfy feather pillows. Cons: Very hard beds, no oven, not a lot in the kitchen to make meals, not enough bowls and mugs ect. Quite narrow and few car parking spaces. No food served in the evenings. Steps to the loft bed are very steep and not safe for children to use unsupervised "
