Staff weren’t very welcoming. My little one and I were kept up most the by loud guests outside I guess smoking. Large groups shouting and singing. Room was clean just a little dated. Check in wasn’t very welcoming.

Breakfast was very disappointing. There was an excellent choice of continental items, however the cooked items were terrible. Items were bony hot and not great quality.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Stayed for one night, Xmas shopping trip. Triple room which was fine for 3 ladies, one of us had a birthday so the hotel gifted some fizz, cake and chocolate to our room. Also plenty of tea and coffee, nespresso machine. Marco Pierre restaurant was lovely as was the breakfast, plenty of choices. All staff great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, loved the bar area. The spa facilities let it down slightly. Unclean and old. Couldn’t fault anything else. Spacious clean room with very comfy bed. Plenty of tea/coffee in room.

Generous sized room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially concierge. Great location with close access to cruise terminal, and only about 18 minutes to airport. Close to shopping and dining options, though the food at the hotel was very good. Enjoyed afternoon tea and later supper too. Would definitely recommend.

Great bar service. Lisa our room lady was friendly and looked after the room well. We ate at Marco’s grill despite the poor reviews. We enjoyed our meal. Good cocktails, the steak and lamb were cooked how we would expect. We would stay here again.
